This Refund Policy explains how payments, Premium subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work on InTheRoom.
InTheRoom offers Premium features through a paid subscription. The applicable subscription price and billing terms are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Premium access begins after your payment has been successfully processed and your subscription has been activated.
Where a recurring subscription is offered, your subscription may automatically renew according to the billing interval and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date to prevent future subscription charges. Cancellation does not necessarily provide a refund for a payment that has already been successfully processed.
Because Premium provides immediate access to digital features, payments are generally non-refundable once Premium access has been successfully activated.
However, refund requests may be reviewed where circumstances reasonably justify a refund.
A refund may be considered where:
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the relevant transaction.
To help us investigate your request, please provide the email address associated with your InTheRoom account, the approximate payment date, and any available payment or transaction reference.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment processing, authentication, and transaction confirmation may therefore be subject to the provider's systems and policies.
InTheRoom is not responsible for delays caused solely by a payment provider, banking institution, network failure, or other third-party service.
If a payment is unsuccessful, pending, reversed, or has not been confirmed by the relevant payment provider, Premium access may not be activated until payment confirmation is received.
If you believe you were charged successfully but Premium has not been activated, please contact support so that the transaction can be investigated.
You may cancel a recurring Premium subscription before its next renewal date to prevent future charges.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by InTheRoom, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing period.
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first so that we can investigate and assist with resolving the issue.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
